IN ORDER TO QUALIFY FOR CONSIDERATION FOR ANY SHOW, ARTISTS MUST AGREE TO ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING RULES AND REGULATIONS.
Potential artists need to submit photos of your work or items for sale AND photos of your presentation or booth. Please email them to artattackaz@gmail.com. Your photos will be kept on file so you only have to send them one time. We communicate with you by your name not your business name. Wait for approval to participate in Art Attack Art Shows before sending your applications. You will be accepted or not accepted after review of your product and presentation. We will advise you of our decision upon review of your application. Payment for each show must be submitted with the application. Not accepted are wholesale, retail, self promotion, garage sale, antique resell, or flea market items.
Art Attack Promotions is an arts and crafts promotion business. We have been artists for many years and are aware of what it takes to have a successful show and also address the needs of our artists.
Our events are fun, local arts and crafts festivals while showcasing unique art of various mediums; paintings, photography, jewelry, ceramics, yard art, woodworking & more!
Art and craft shows are scheduled in southern Arizona and supervised to make sure the show runs smoothly. We have liability insurance naming the appropriate persons for the event. Artists are required to have the appropriate location business licenses.

Payments: We DO NOT ACCEPT Credit or Debit Cards, Money Grams or Money Orders.
Fees are due at least 30 days prior to the show to avoid $30 late fee. Booth fees are due prior to set up. Spaces are not guaranteed with out payment. Sign up early as booth space and categories are limited. No discounts, rain dates, rollovers or refunds. No exceptions. Booth fees are due prior to set up.
Accepted payment methods:
Zelle, Venmo, bank online, personal or cashier’s checks. Please memo your name, not your business name, and the date & shows you are applying for. Payment details are outlined in the application.
Booth Assignments: Booth assignments and mandatory Artist’s parking will be given when you set up for the show. Your name will be on your space. Artists’ employees/guests that sit in Artist’s booth must park in Artist Parking. Exceptions will be made for medical reasons. Spaces will not be assigned without full payment. Special requests will be considered but not guaranteed. Staking or anchoring is prohibited. We reserve the right to restrict product in order to have a well-balanced show.
Displays: Canopies must be ALL WHITE and a MINIMUM OF 40# attached weight on every corner – water jugs & cinder blocks are not allowed. No weights – no set up. Tables without canopies are allowed with weights. Tables must be fully draped to the ground. Exhibitors are responsible for all display materials. Displays are required to be tasteful and professional with the intent of attracting customers.
Show hours and set up: Important information will be emailed to you approximately a week before the show. Set up is after 2pm the day before the show and 7-9:30am the day of the show. Be ready for business by 10 am. All artists must check in prior to setting up. Your name will be on your space. No vehicles are permitted in the show area after 9:30am. Show hours are 10-5pm Friday & Saturday and Sunday 10-3pm. All artists are expected to participate for the full show unless otherwise approved. There will be nightly security but this does not relieve the vendor from being responsible for their canopy and merchandise.
ARTIST’S RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Park in designated area (including visitors family and friends).

- Remove all of your own trash and take it with you every day

- No smoking, vaping or disposal of smoke related items on show grounds.

- Do not leave your space to sell – following a customer to a neighbor’s booth etc.

- No discount or political signage or products.

- No early breakdown.

- All licensing and permitting (TPT, health dept for food vendors, etc.)
